This policy explains where we dispatch orders from, how we confirm dispatch and what to check on receipt.
Dispatch location
We dispatch every order from ready stock in our Sonipat godown.
Transport and dispatch details
We dispatch carton-packed goods by road to any state in India. We send the transporter details, LR number and dispatch date on WhatsApp when your cartons leave the godown.
Dispatch and transit time
We confirm the dispatch date against your purchase order once payment is received as agreed on the call. Transit time depends on your district and the transporter.
Freight
Freight depends on your delivery location. We confirm the charge by phone before dispatch.
Key rule
Checks on receipt
Count the cartons against the challan before signing. Photograph any torn or wet carton before opening it.
