We do not sell to individual farmers or retail buyers through this site.

Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept your purchase order in writing by email or WhatsApp and you receive a proforma invoice. Minimum order quantities are listed on each product page. The sizes and pack quantities published on the product page at the time of ordering apply.
Prices and payment
Our sales team calls you with rates for your chosen products. Payment terms are agreed by phone before dispatch. The goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Dispatch
We dispatch from our godown by road to any state in India after order confirmation, once payment is received as agreed on the call. Freight depends on the delivery location and is quoted by phone. Transit risk passes to the buyer when the goods leave the godown unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Short or damaged pieces
On arrival, check the carton count against the challan and record any shortage or damage on the transporter's copy. Call us the same day with the invoice number and photographs.
Key rule
Returns
We supply goods for resale. All sales are final: we do not accept returns or issue credits. Check your cartons on delivery and call us the same day about any issue.
Photos
Photos on this website, including the people in them, are AI-generated illustrations. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Product photos show the products we supply; colour and finish can vary by batch.
Territory
There is no territorial exclusivity. Any distributor may sell anywhere in India.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sonipat, Haryana have jurisdiction.
